What are our qualifications?

Our company's principal advisor and owner is a member of the American Society of Trainers & Developers and has been actively designing and implementing behavior modification programs for individual clients, corporate accounts, and federal agencies since 1992. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in applied social psychology from the Universities of Bielefeld and Marburg, Fed. Rep. Germany and has engaged in cross-cultural research, training & consulting across the globe.
